Cancellations
You may cancel any order within 3 hours of placement. Post expiry of the aforementioned period, no cancellation requests shall be entertained by us.
Returns
We offer returns if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at support@a4tech.pk with details of the product and the defect. Returns due to ‘Change of Mind’ will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective during the 7-day return window. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@a4tech.pk within 7 days of receiving your product. After 7 days, the product return would be considered as a warranty case.
Return Period
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all in-box contents (manuals, battery, cables etc.). If any damage is detected, your return request may be rejected.
Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@a4tech.pk with your order details. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Shipping Charges
In the event of a product defect or an error on our part, A4Tech will bear the shipping costs for returning your item or when possible, we will arrange a pickup. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
In the event of a defective item, a refund will be made on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of ordering.
The refund will be initiated in 24-48 hours once we have received the product, and it has gone through the necessary quality checks. From then onwards, bank processing times will be applied.
Should a customer opt for it, instead of a refund, we may also provide you with store credit so that you can exchange the goods you want to return to purchase any other items from our website.
